- Week 4: Review workflow — Human-in-the-loop approval layer added; AI drafts, compliance officer reviews, system publishes
- Weeks 5–6: Testing and go-live — Parallel running with existing process, issues resolved, full cutover in week 6
The Results
Six weeks after kick-off, the system was live in production. Client communications that previously took 2-3 business days to produce were now drafted and queued within minutes. Regulatory reports that required a full day of manual data gathering were generated automatically overnight, ready for compliance officer review each morning.
